Kelly Hejtmancik’s passion and dedication is to work with families in helping them build, protect, and preserve their assets. His focus is helping his clients minimize taxes, minimize risk, and maximize savings. His ultimate goal is to give every client and their family the peace of mind that their financial and insurance affairs are in order for the future. Kelly Hejtmancik serves as a Financial Advisor as well with Parent Financial in the Greater Houston Area. 

Kelly attended and graduated with a B.A. in the top percentage of his class in 2002 at Rice University in Houston, TX. After Graduating Rice University, he was hired directly from his internship to became one of the Top Financial Advisor’s at New York Life. He successfully served over 2,000 clients in his book of business since 2002. He received several honors while working at New York Life, such as Houston’s National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisor’s Rising Star Award, Rookie of the Year, Career Success, Career Life Producer, Life Foundation Awards, National Life Paid Case Leader Eagle Award, and Long-Term Care Circle of Champions. 

For the past 14 years, Kelly Hejtmancik has been a qualifying and lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Kelly holds the designations of Accredited Retirement Plan Specialist®, Certified Long Term Consultant®, Certified Financial Planner®, Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow®. He also holds the Series 7, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 66 Securities licenses, as well as Group 1 Life and Health and Variable Insurance licenses.

It is extremely important to Kelly that his clients are informed about the important decisions they need to make regarding their future. With that in mind, he is very passionate in educating his clients so that they have the confidence to move forward with plans that fit their specific situation. 

Kelly focuses on closely held and family business planning and consulting, and personal financial planning. Within the area of business planning, he addresses issues and concerns such as transitional planning, employee retention, executive benefits, retirement planning for the owner, business valuation, and estate planning. Business exit planning allows for the creation and execution of a strategy that helps enable owners to exit their business on their own terms and conditions, using an established and systematized process.

On the personal financial side, Kelly helps his clients establish and refine their goals by listening carefully to what is important to them now and in the future through the use of comprehensive financial planning. He then designs a strategic, personalized path to help accomplish their unique objectives.

He specializes in working with people who are going through transitions or life changes: life cycle of a business, marriage, birth of a child, job change, retirement, death of a spouse, and divorce. He also has expertise in retirement income planning. Kelly Hejtmancik has been and continues to be involved in a number of charities over the years including Bo’s Place, Alzheimer’s Association, MD Anderson Cancer, Lighthouse Charity, Outreach, Montrose Center, St. Joseph’s House, and Out for Education. 

As a Firm Partner, Kelly Hejtmancik has over 15 years of experience in his continued dedication of hiring and developing hi quality capable men and women from all backgrounds who can provide effective and innovative solutions for the problems people and businesses face. His expertise includes working with clients in the financial services industry, and recruiting and developing outside individuals with strong business acumen and superlative organizational, analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

Kelly Hejtmancik’s favorite quote he preaches and lives by is from Ghandi, “BE THE CHANGE THAT YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD!!" He is very happily married to his soulmate, Marie. They have two wonderful children, Nathanael, who is now attending Texas A&M and Elizabeth currently attending NYU.
